Booking Policy.
Our end of the deal:
Apotek’s motto is fairness always. As such we apply our carefully considered policies in all instances, across the board. We hope you find them clear and reasonable.
We will always do our best to make reasonable accommodations for disabilities or personal circumstances - we just ask that you give us a heads up before booking.
By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Deposits A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. Deposits may be transferred to another date by rescheduling your appointment.
Cancellations, reschedules and changes
You can cancel, reschedule or change your appointment for free here up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment.
Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled booking time for any reason will incur a fee (50% of the treatment cost). To cover this, your deposit will be retained.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time for any reason will be classed as a no-show, and we reserve the right to charge you in full. This balance needs to be settled before making another booking.
In the event of a duplicate booking or reaction to a patch test, contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time to ensure that your deposit is refunded.
Late arrivals
Stuff happens! We get it. As a neurodivergent-led business we know from experience that time management can be difficult for all sorts of reasons. However, our treatments require precise work and as such are timed carefully. We care about your treatments and your safety, so we won’t rush to stay on schedule.
In the name of accessibility we have built-in grace times. We don’t love using them as they put us under pressure, so please do your best to arrive a couple of minutes early. The building is tricky to navigate and parking can sometimes be scarce - plan ahead for this.
Arrival outwith the below grace times will be regrettably be classed as a no show. You may book another appointment but you will be charged in full for the missed service.
For all appointments over 60 minutes in duration, our grace period is 10 minutes.
For appointments over 20 minutes, our grace period is 5 minutes.
For all appointments shorter than this, there is no grace period. Please arrive on time.
